Introduction:
- Awarded to the league’s best and fairest player during the AFLW home and away season
Voting:
- After each game, the three field umpires award 3, 2 and 1 votes to the players they regard as the “best”, second best and third best
Eligibility:
- To determine the “fairest” component, players who have been suspended during the home and away season are ineligible for the award
